1. Scope and supplemental CRM terms
These Terms of Use apply to browsing or interacting with Junctora's public website and establish baseline acceptable-use conditions for anyone accessing the separately hosted Junctora customer relationship management application (the “Service”). Subscribed organizations may be subject to separately accepted subscription, order, data-processing or other written agreements that control matters such as charges, subscription rights, renewals, termination, service levels and customer data responsibilities. These public Terms do not themselves promise any subscription tier, price, service level or specific feature.
2. Website information, pricing and access requests
Junctora is a live CRM for independent mortgage loan originators and mortgage teams. Website illustrations, feature descriptions and plan information are informational and may change. Eligible customers may subscribe through Junctora's separately hosted application and Stripe Checkout, subject to the plan, pricing, trial and recurring billing disclosures affirmatively accepted during checkout. As of this update, public self-service account registration is not yet open. Requesting access on the marketing website does not create an account, start a trial, authorize payment or guarantee an invitation or response within any set period. Provide accurate contact information and do not include Social Security numbers, borrower financial records, passwords or confidential materials in the public request form.
2.1 Published subscription plans and trial
Junctora's published subscription plans are Individual MLO ($69 per month or $690 per year, one user), Company Starter ($199 per month or $1,990 per year, up to five users) and Company Growth ($599 per month or $5,990 per year, up to twenty users), in US dollars. Annual rates are billed as one annual payment, not monthly installments. The price and any applicable taxes shown for acceptance at checkout govern the transaction.
Eligible new subscriptions currently include a 14-day trial with a payment method required at hosted Stripe Checkout. The checkout flow presents the selected plan, price, billing frequency, trial terms and renewal disclosures for affirmative acceptance before subscription creation. Unless canceled in time under the accepted terms, a trial subscription automatically renews and the selected payment method may be charged at the end of the trial, and again at each renewal date. Customers can access available payment-method and subscription-management controls through Junctora's Stripe billing portal. Cancellation, renewal, taxes, refunds, plan changes and payment failures are governed by the terms presented during checkout, any separate agreement and applicable law. Review the exact trial end date and cancellation instructions before subscribing.
Current evaluation accounts will not be converted into paid subscriptions or charged automatically merely because Junctora publishes prices. Existing customer-specific agreements and any grandfathered arrangements remain subject to their applicable terms.
3. Authorized accounts and organization responsibilities
CRM users must access the Service using their own authorized accounts and protect their credentials. Each subscribing individual or organization is responsible for managing its users' permissions and authorized activity within its workspace, including any employees or members who can send communications. You may not access another organization's workspace or attempt to bypass permissions or technical restrictions. Customers are responsible for obtaining any rights, permissions, notices or consents needed to collect, upload, use or communicate with borrowers, applicants, referral partners and other individuals whose information they manage.
4. Optional Gmail and Google Workspace connections
Where available, each authorized user may optionally connect a Gmail or Google Workspace account to send emails from Junctora. You must own or be expressly authorized to use the account you connect. By connecting, you authorize the Google OAuth permissions shown on the consent screen and Junctora's use of those permissions as described in the Privacy Policy. The current connection requests Gmail send permission, not a general right to read or manage the Gmail inbox. You may disconnect your account in Junctora and may revoke access in your Google Account settings.
Google and other email providers independently control their account eligibility, authorization, acceptable-use requirements, limits, security controls and availability. A provider may reject, delay or limit delivery or revoke permissions. Junctora does not guarantee successful delivery, placement in a recipient's inbox or continued access to a third-party service.
5. Lawful email and campaign communications
Users are responsible for lawful, accurate and appropriately authorized messages sent through the Service. This includes obtaining required marketing consents, honoring opt-outs and unsubscribe requests, providing required sender information or unsubscribe mechanisms where applicable, and complying with relevant rules such as CAN-SPAM and any other laws that apply to the particular message and recipients. Do not send spam, deceptive communications, harassing content, malware, or email that violates Google or another sending provider's terms. Do not use multiple accounts or the Service to bypass provider sending limits, safety mechanisms or spam controls.
Campaign-building tools, audience previews and other software controls assist users but do not replace their independent compliance obligations. Organizations and individual senders remain responsible for their communications, content, recipient lists and choices about when to activate a campaign.
6. Junctora system notifications
Junctora separately sends account verification, password reset, invitations and service-related notifications through its own system email service, which may include messages from notifications@junctora.com. You do not need a connected Gmail account to receive Junctora system messages. Such messages are distinct from customer-authored emails or campaigns sent using a connected account.
7. Customer records, privacy and data protection
Each customer controls what records it enters into its CRM workspace and is responsible for their accuracy, legitimacy, confidentiality and applicable retention and disclosure requirements. Users must not place information into the Service that they are not authorized to process or disclose. Handling of personal information, including information obtained through Google APIs, is further described in Junctora's Privacy Policy. Any applicable customer data-processing agreement or other written subscription terms may add to these obligations.
8. Appropriate use and security
Do not interfere with the Services; probe or circumvent security; gain unauthorized access; upload malicious code; use the Services to impersonate another person; or misuse authentication, integrations, forms, or communication features. We may restrict abusive or unlawful uses where permitted by law and any applicable service agreement. Users should promptly notify Junctora if they reasonably suspect unauthorized access to their accounts.
9. Intellectual property
Junctora's name, branding, original website content, graphics and software are proprietary materials, subject to third-party rights and any licenses granted in separate agreements. Access to the public website does not grant ownership or a right to reuse Junctora's trademarks or protected materials. Customer-uploaded records remain subject to customers' own rights and contractual arrangements.
10. Not a lender or compliance adviser
Junctora provides CRM, communication and workflow tools; it is not a mortgage lender, credit bureau, loan underwriter, or substitute for a loan origination system. It does not itself approve loans, make underwriting decisions or provide legal, tax, financial or compliance advice. Customers remain responsible for applicable mortgage licensing, consumer privacy and communications laws and for their own professional judgments. Information obtained through Google APIs must not be used to determine creditworthiness or for lending decisions, as further described in the Privacy Policy.
11. External services and availability
Third-party links and integrations may be governed by separate provider terms and policies. Website access or specific Service integrations may be interrupted, updated or withdrawn. To the extent permitted by law and subject to any governing customer agreement, Junctora makes no promise through these public Terms that the informational website or third-party integrations will always be available or error-free. Nothing here excludes nonwaivable legal rights or obligations.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website or Services. Updated versions will appear here; additional notices will be provided when required by law or a governing agreement. Questions may be sent to info@junctora.com.
